What payment methods do you accept?

We offer you many different payment options. These include express payment methods as follows: ApplePay, PayPal, ShopPay (Shopify) and Amazon Pay. You can also pay with major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

We also accept installment payments through ShopPay Installments. Each of these are subject to that method's term and conditions and subject to approval.

Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax for purchases in Florida. We charge Florida state and local sales tax on orders picked up locally, delivered, or shipped to Florida, USA.

I made a mistake...can I cancel my order?

Do you have a brick and mortar location?

At this time, Lucette Collection is online only.

Shipping FAQ

What shipping service do you use?

For US purchases we generally ship via UPS ground. For international purchases, we generally ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited. At times, we may select another method such as USPS depending on shipping times or other factors but we will always keep you informed.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we currently ship to many countries around the world, but not every country. If you have a question, please reach out through the chat or contact form.

What can I do if my country does not appear as a shipping option?

Please contact us at customercare (at) lucettecollection (dot) com with your address and phone number for a custom international shipping quote.

What about international duties and customs?

Customers are liable for applicable customs and duties charged by their country. We ship all items from the United States.

When will I receive my order?

Domestic U.S. purchases should arrive in 5-7 business days. Once you orders ships, you will receive a tracking number.

Please note there may be delays due to weather or COVID-related delays. International purchases will take longer, but we will provide you with a timeframe.

Do you require a signature upon delivery?

Yes, for purchases that are $500 or over.

Your return must be received within 30 days of your receipt of the package. The item being returned must be in its orginal condition.
